INSTALLING GIRDER and the USB-UIRT GIRDER PLUGIN A software plugin for Girder 3.x is available for download by clicking here. If you do not have Girder installed on your system, you will need to go to the Girder website and follow the download and installation instructions prior to installing the USB-UIRT Girder plugin. Girder 4.x users will already have a USB-UIRT Girder 4.x plugin installed as part of their Girder 4.x installation. To download the USB-UIRT plugin for Girder, click here. The plugin .ZIP file contains a plugin .dll file named 'USBUIRT.dll'. To make this plugin available to Girder, this file needs to be extracted to the Girder 'Plugins' directory. On most installations, this directory is something like: "C:\Program Files\girder32\plugins". ENABLING THE USB-UIRT GIRDER PLUGIN Once the USBUIRT.dll plugin file has been copied into the Girder Plugins directory, you're ready to launch Girder to enable the plugin. Note that is Girder is already running, you need to *completely* exit Girder (i.e. File->Exit) and restart it. 1. Launch Girder: 2. Choose 'Settings...' from the 'File' menu. 3. Click on the 'Plugins' tab. 4. Scroll down through the list of plugins until you see 'USB-UIRT driver'. Check the box next to this item and click 'Apply'. 5. Click 'OK'. QUESTIONS???
